Sourced locally and organically, where possible, ingredients are selected for flavour and sustainability and prepared with minimum fuss so their natural quality shines through.
From the field to the grill, only the most flavoursome cuts of steak make it to the plate. Meals will be delivered to tables within the dining area, however patrons sitting outside of the dining area will be given a pager.
