The Members Rewards Program recognises the loyalty of our members and in return rewards them through various discounts, special promotions, in-house purchases and exclusive events.

The program is based upon a system of tiering which means that the more tier points you earn on your card, the higher the level that you can aspire to achieve.

The five levels include Sapphire, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Double Diamond. In order to progress to our top level members are encouraged to accrue the number of points they earn on their card whether it be from Food or Beverage outlets.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I know what level I’m in?

    When you swipe your card in one of our Member Rewards terminals the level you are in will be displayed.

  • How can I go up a level?

    Every Tuesday we will move Members up to the level that they qualify for, based on the tier points they have earned on their member card for the previous six (6) months.

  • How can I use my bonus points?

    You can use your bonus points to make purchases within Castle Hill RSL as well as gift vouchers or depending on your level other items. Bonus points cannot be redeemed for cash.

    Note: Using your bonus points within the club to make purchases does not alter the level you are in.

  • Can I be moved down levels?

    Yes, but unlike moving up in levels, this will be reviewed every 6 months on the 8th April and 8th October. Once you reach a level you will not move down, until the next review date.

  • Do bonus points expire?

    Yes, at the close of business on 30th June each year your bonus points will expire and become zero (0) with the exception of Double Diamond members.
