Box Office Tickets terms and conditions

1. There are no refunds on tickets, except in the event that the show has been cancelled by the promoter, or as required by law.

2. The right of admission is reserved by the box office staff at the venue.

3. Concession holder tickets can only be purchased in person at the venue and upon production of relevant ID to Reception staff (such as student, pensioner, concession)

4. Ticket exchanges are available to CHRG members depending on circumstances at the discretion of the promoter and must be made in person at Castle Hill RSL Club.

5. Latecomers can be admitted until there is a convenient break in the program, if at all, and admission is at the discretion of the box office personnel on the night of the performance.

6. Tickets will only be issued upon full payment.

7. Subject to availability, tickets may be available for purchase at the box office one hour prior to each performance.

8. Every patron must have a valid ticket.

9. By clicking the “Finalise Order” button, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions of sale, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification.

10. Castle Hill RSL Club assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and to vary the program should the need arise.

11.Persons residing within 5kms of Castle Hill RSL Club must be a member of Castle Hill RSL Club, must be signed in by another Castle Hill RSL Club member, or must possess a membership of another RSL club, to gain entrance into Castle Hill RSL Club on the night of the event.

COVID-19 CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Event Scheduling
You acknowledge that the event may be scheduled to be held, or will be held, during a time at which one or more Government directions or regulations may be in force regarding the number of persons attending an event (or the holding of the event itself). If that is the case, then the number of persons permitted to be in or around the Venue may be affected, resulting in the Seller being required to or deciding to:
a. cancel or postpone the event;
b. reduce the number of persons who may attend the event;
c. change your seating allocation; and/or
d. change any standing or seating configurations for attendance at the event;
In the event of any of the abovementioned options being pursued, ticketholders may receive a refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, or the COVID-19 Refunds and Exchanges Terms and Conditions, as the case may be.

Event Attendance
You agree to comply with all Government directions, orders, and regulations relevant to attending live events, which may be in place at the time of the event. All attendees in your group, including yourself, must commit to stopping the spread of COVID-19. If at the time of the event, either you, or any other members of your group are feeling unwell or are subject to a self-quarantine or self-isolation period, you agree not to attend the event. If you do attend the event, you agree to assume all risk associated with COVID-19

Refunds or Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will only be offered when:
(i) A ticket holder is required to self-isolate or quarantine (and the event falls within the isolation/quarantine period) due to being a confirmed case of COVID-19; or
(ii) A ticket holder has been tested for COVID-19 and is awaiting test results (and the event falls within the period of awaiting test results).
If this occurs, evidence may be required in order to process a refund or exchange. A full Refund will only be offered if requested more than 72 hours from the event. If the request falls within this period, then a 50% refund or exchange will be offered.
